Jo Squires

Jo Squires serves as the General Manager of People and Culture at atWork Australia since August 2025, leading the national People and Culture function as part of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Jo held the position of General Manager People at Prestige Inhome Care from November 2019 to August 2025, where significant improvements in engagement, retention, and talent acquisition were achieved through strategic HR frameworks. Jo's experience also includes leadership roles in various organizations such as Schnitz, Devondale-Murray Goulburn Co-Operative, and Fairfax Media, showcasing a strong background in human resources across diverse sectors. Educational qualifications include a Mini-MBA from the Australian Institute of Management, a Master in Industrial Relations & HRM from the University of Sydney, and a Diploma in Business (Human Resources) from Sydney TAFE.
