Vanessa Frost

Vanessa Frost is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the General Manager of People and Culture at AMP New Zealand since April 2024. Previously, Vanessa Frost held the role of Change and Transformation Lead (contract) at Aon from August 2023 to April 2024 and served as General Manager of People and Culture at TVNZ from August 2021 to August 2023. In this position, Vanessa Frost managed the people function for two business areas and oversaw three centres of excellence focused on Reward, Inclusion and Diversity, and Payroll. Prior experience includes Global Head of People at Orion Health from August 2019 to August 2021, General Manager of People and Capability at Abano Healthcare Group Limited from May 2018 to July 2019, and Head of People and Capability at Lumino The Dentists from September 2007 to April 2018. Vanessa Frost holds an International Coaching Federation certification from Coach Masters Academy, a CIPD qualification from BPP Malpas, and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Victoria University of Wellington.
