Aaron Hall

Aaron Hall has over 18 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Aaron is currently working at Ascella Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Change Management Analyst and Director. Prior to this, Aaron worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant. In this role, they focused on improving operational effectiveness and implementing organizational change management strategies. Before that, Aaron worked at Stand Together, where they held the position of Director of Workplace Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for managing operations, facilities, and logistics for multiple headquarters and remote sites. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager and Competitive Intelligence Analyst, overseeing a team of analysts and conducting research on electoral and legislative landscapes. Aaron also has experience working at BAE Systems, Inc. as a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Lead Analyst, and in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles including Foreign Disclosure Officer, Standardization/Evaluation Program Manager, and Intelligence Operations Specialist. Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated leadership skills, expertise in change management, and a strong background in intelligence analysis and operations.

Aaron Hall has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Liberty University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These certifications include the Prosci® Integrating Agile and Change Management certification from Prosci, which they obtained in July 2022, the Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute, which they obtained in June 2022. Aaron also holds a Change Management Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) that they obtained in July 2021, and a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci, which they obtained in June 2021.
