James R. has extensive work experience in agile coaching and project management. James is currently serving as a director-level agile coach at Ascella Technologies, Inc., supporting the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to this, they worked as a senior agile coach at AT&T, where they partnered with product delivery leadership to improve team performance and coach lean agile coaches. Before that, they served as a senior agile coach at Tata Consultancy Services and PwC.

Additionally, James has held various roles at Capital One, including SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) for Card Fraud & Disputes, Chief of Staff for Architecture, and Sr. Scrum Master.
