Parag H. Matalia, SPC, CSM, PMP has a wide range of experience in various roles and industries. Parag H. started their career as a Consultant at Xpedior, Inc. in 1998 and later joined First Consulting Group as an Analyst in 2000. Parag then joined Blue Agility in 2014 as an Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach, where they provided extensive Agile coaching and training to support a healthcare insurance provider's enterprise-wide Agile adoption efforts.

Most recently, Parag has been working at Ascella Technologies, Inc. since 2015 as a Senior Principal and Agile Practice Leader, where they lead the Agile practice within the organization and supports clients in adopting and implementing the SAFe framework to enhance business agility.

Parag H. Matalia, SPC, CSM, PMP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, which was completed from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained multiple certifications. These include the SAFe Program Consultant 4 (SPC4) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in March 2015, and the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in September 2012. Parag also holds a certification as a Certified Rational Unified Process (RUP) Consultant from IBM/Rational, although the month and year of the certification's attainment are not specified.
