Derek Durley

Derek Durley serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Planning and Supply Chain Officer for ascena retail group, inc., since July 2020.

Prior to his current role, he oversaw all aspects of merchandise, store, and eCommerce planning and allocation, as well as inventory strategy for Ann Taylor, LOFT, Lou & Grey, Lane Bryant and Justice. With more than 19 years of industry experience, Derek possesses a strong business acumen and is known for being results-oriented. Prior to joining ANN INC. in 2013, Derek held several leadership roles at Land’s End from 2009 to 2013 before being named Senior Vice President, Head of Retail. While there, he was responsible for successfully developing and executing the overall retail strategy,leading the field organization and driving profitability for the Lands’ End Shops at Sears and Lands’ End Inlets.

Derek began his career at Gap, Inc. in 2001. During his tenure, he served the Banana Republic Women’s division as well as Gap Outlet as Merchandise Planning Manager, Merchandise Planning Director and Senior Director, Inventory Management.

Derek received a Bachelor of Arts in political science and history from the University of Vermont.
