Rodrigo Almeida

Rodrigo Almeida has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rodrigo currently holds the position of Supply Chain & Purchasing Director at Ascend Elements since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dow for 12 years, where they held various roles including Global Raw Materials Sourcing Category Director and Logistics Purchasing Leader Latin America. At Reckitt Benckiser, they worked in Customer Service and Transportation Management, overseeing logistics operations and leading the customer service team. Rodrigo also gained experience at Unilever, where they were involved in Demand Planning and later became a Production Planner. Rodrigo Almeida's expertise in supply chain management and purchasing has been honed through their experiences in different industries and leadership positions.

Rodrigo Almeida's education history includes various degrees and certifications. In 1999, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. In 2004, they pursued a Post Graduation degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from IPEN-USP. Later, in 2013-2014, they completed an Executive MBA program at Business School São Paulo (BSP). In 2018, Rodrigo attended the Yale School of Management for Executive Education focused on Leading and Managing Globally. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Green Belt Project Leader from The Dow Chemical Company.
