Caleb Lavin

Caleb Lavin has had a successful career in the hospitality industry. Caleb is currently the Director of Operations at Ascend Hospitality Group starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi from October 2019 to December 2022, and as the Assistant General Manager from April 2018 to October 2019. Caleb also held the role of General Manager at Cinque Terre Ristorante from August 2017 to March 2018 and at Barolo Ristorante from March 2017 to March 2018.

Caleb Lavin completed their education at the University of Puget Sound from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Mathematics. Caleb then attended the University of Washington from 1997 to 2000, focusing on Economics.
