Caitlin Sheesley-Brown, MPA, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in leading strategic and operational responsibilities related to talent management and network strategy at Ascend Indiana. Caitlin has also served in various roles focusing on operations, event coordination, research, and education in organizations such as TechPoint Foundation for Youth and IUPUI. Caitlin currently holds the title of Associate Faculty at the School of Engineering and Technology, IUPUI, where Caitlin teaches courses on leadership skills, HR management, and project management. Caitlin's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Science in Physical and Biological Anthropology from Kent State University.
