Jon Osborn

Jon Osborn has extensive work experience in executive and leadership roles related to data analytics, technology architecture, and software development.

Their most recent position was as a Field CTO at Ascend.io, where they provided support for the ascend.io platform with their executive and enterprise architecture experience.

Before that, they worked as a VP of Data and Analytics at Quantum Health, where they oversaw all aspects of data, including ingestion, harmonization, data science, data warehousing, sharing, visualization, reporting, advanced analytics, security, governance, semantic searching, and data operations. Jon also spearheaded the plan to add data domain APIs for internal and external integration of 200+ data partners.

Prior to that, Jon served as an SVP Chief Technical & Data Officer at Ensemble Health Partners, where they supervised Azure Big Data and Application modernization strategy and built a cloud-native development team responsible for executing strategy validation.

Jon also held executive positions at Great American Insurance Group, EyeMed Vision Care, and Luxottica Retail, where they focused on enterprise architecture, cloud-native development, digital marketing, and software delivery. Jon played a key role in implementing modern architecture, building high-performing teams, and delivering business value through innovative software delivery models.

Earlier in their career, Jon worked as a Principal Consultant at Systems Evolution, Inc. and held technical roles at Comair, Fidelity Investments, and Procter & Gamble, where they gained expertise in software architecture, simulation engineering, and equipment reliability prediction.

Throughout their career, Jon Osborn has demonstrated a strong ability to drive strategic initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver results in fast-paced and growth-oriented environments.

Jon Osborn completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Jon then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering/Computer Simulation at the same institution, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. Later, Jon attended Cornell University and obtained a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Modeling, Virtual Environments, and Simulation from 1994 to 1995.
