Krzysztof Kusmider

Krzysztof (Chris) Kusmider, P.Eng., is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in power generation and rotating equipment. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Jacobs, focusing on decarbonizing electricity production in Poland, Krzysztof also holds the position of Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Ascend Performance Materials, ensuring the reliability of critical rotating equipment. As the Principal Owner of C-Metrik, Krzysztof provides engineering, design, and consulting services to power plants across North America. Previous roles include Senior Engineer-Rotating Equipment at OGE Energy, where Krzysztof addressed failures in power plant systems, and multiple engineering positions at Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Westinghouse, contributing to steam turbine design and development. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politechnika Koszalińska and additional studies at the University of Toronto and University of Lodz.
