Erica Filippin is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently employed at Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. since August 2023. Previously, Erica held similar positions at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC and Bayside Pediatric Therapy from June 2022 to July 2023 and August 2021 to June 2022, respectively. Erica's early career included an internship at A Kid's Place of Tampa Bay, where a 16-week capstone project focused on creating an independent living skills program for children aged 13 and older. Erica has completed several clinical rotations, including a Level II residency at Encompass Health and a rotation at Tampa General Hospital, gaining extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Erica holds a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from the University of South Florida, alongside a high school diploma from Alexander W Dreyfoos High School of the Arts.
