Annika Murray

Annika Murray has held multiple positions in the event planning and management industry since 2003. Annika began their career as a Compensation Analyst for former MCI at Verizon Business. In 2006, they held the role of Director of Client Relations at Ascendant Group and also started their own business, A.M. Event Planners, where they served as Owner/Lead Strategist. In this role, they specialized in conference and meeting management and booking speaking engagements for clients. In 2007, they took on the role of Conference Director at Kingmakers Women. In 2010, they became a Virtual Assistant at Contemporary VA. Finally, in 2011, they were appointed Director of Event Management at LEAD360.

Annika Murray received their BA in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1992 and 1996. In 2007, they obtained a Certificate in Conference & Meeting Management from The University of Georgia.
