Damien Seals, PMP

Damien Seals, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles. Damien began their career as an Electrician in the United States Air Force in 1995 and achieved promotion for exceptional performance. In 2007, they became the Unit Deployment Manager, overseeing workforce readiness programs and coordinating deployment activities. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Program Manager for the Project Support Office, managing a team of construction craftsmen and prioritizing defense-sensitive projects. Damien then took on the role of Inspector General, Associated Inspector, where they controlled temporary travel, directed inspections, developed project tracking systems, and refined training programs. In 2014, they became the Operations Director, providing operations support and technical guidance to the civil engineer community. From 2015 to 2017, they served as a Senior Advisor, supervising personnel, overseeing construction programs, and directing projects. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Director, Readiness and Emergency Management, leading collaborative preparedness activities and overseeing emergency management operations. Currently, Damien is a Project Manager at Ascendant Program Services, LLC, where they started in 2022.

Damien Seals, PMP, has a diverse education history. In 2006-2008, they attended Bellevue University and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Criminal Justice/Safety Studies. In 2014, they attended the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer's Academy for Strategic Leadership training. Following that, from 2015-2018, they returned to Bellevue University and pursued a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management.

In 2017, Damien attended the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management for the Readiness and Emergency Management Leadership Course. That same year, they also completed a Certificate program in Emergency Operation Center at the Air Force Air University. Furthermore, in 2016, Damien obtained a Certificate in Principles of Readiness and Emergency Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management.

More recently, in October 2021, Damien acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. This certification reflects their expertise and knowledge in project management.
