Divya Ganeshan

Divya Ganeshan is a Senior HR Business Partner at Ascendion since December 2021, with previous experience as a Senior Software Engineer at NTT DATA Services from August 2014 to February 2019. In the role at NTT DATA Services, Divya collaborated with software engineers to enhance mainframe designs, coordinated project updates, and ensured effective process documentation. Divya also managed project planning and employee engagement initiatives, trained new hires, and acted as an Offshore Subject Matter Expert. Divya is currently pursuing a degree in Telecommunications Engineering at PES Institute of Technology, attended ST. Francis Xavier Girls High School, and has cultivated a strong background in both software engineering and human resources.
