Monil Narayan

Monil Narayan is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Ascendion since July 2023. Prior to this role, Monil held the position of Assistant Manager for RPO at KellyOCG, where responsibilities included executing recruitment strategies for Johnson Controls. Monil's previous experience includes account management and talent acquisition for IT staffing services at Xpheno, as well as a series of roles at Collabera Inc. that encompassed team leadership and technical recruiting for various sectors. Monil holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan.
