Samanta Cazares

Samanta Cazares serves as the Director of Operations for LATAM at Ascendion, a prominent provider of digital engineering services, since January 2024. Samanta has been the owner of Urbox Plaza, a self-sustaining commercial plaza built from shipping containers, since August 2016. Prior to these roles, Samanta held the position of Director of Operations at Helixx BPO SA de CV from February 2013 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing strategic planning and vendor relationships. Additionally, Samanta worked at SAP Ariba from April 2008 to December 2023, initially as a Project Coordinator and progressing to Manager of Enablement Operations, overseeing North and Latin America’s enablement teams and enhancing supplier integration processes. Samanta holds a Licenciatura in Comercio y Negocios Internacionales from Tec Milenio (2011-2014).
