Shweta Garg

Shweta Garg is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and operations. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager at Collabera since September 2022, Shweta previously held the position of Lead Problem Management at HCL Technologies from May 2016 to September 2022. Earlier roles include Operations Manager at Wipro Infotech and Assistant Manager at Relegate Technova, in addition to experience as an Information Security Analyst at Vertex Global Services. Shweta holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, completed from 2001 to 2003.
