Diana Bourns

President, Partner at Ascendle

Diana Bourns has had an extensive work experience in various positions. Diana worked at MicroArts Creative Agency as the President, where they managed all aspects of the business and led the executive team for strategic growth. Diana was the co-owner and manager of Portsmouth Sign Company, overseeing all business operations. As the Chair of the Camping Services Branch Board of Managers at YMCA of Greater Boston, they volunteered and provided leadership since 2003. Diana also worked as a Product Owner at Ascendle, where they executed clients' software development projects and collaborated with stakeholders. Diana served as an Agile Coach, helping organizations implement Agile Scrum methodology. Additionally, Diana served as the Chief of Staff at Ascendle, supervising day-to-day activities and facilitating effective strategic execution. Diana is currently a member of Chief, an organization supporting women executives. Diana is also a dedicated violinist in the Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra, contributing to community outreach and education.

Diana Bourns attended UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing.
