Ishani Hira

Ishani Hira is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager HR at Ascendum Solutions since November 2011, Ishani oversees HR strategies within a global IT solutions company formed from a merger of diverse entities. Previously, Ishani held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resource at IMS Empresaria, where responsibilities included managing the HR department for a global staffing firm. Additionally, Ishani served as Assistant Manager and Executive in HR at Exl Services Pvt. Ltd., handling comprehensive HR activities. Ishani holds a BSc in Economics Honours from the University of Calcutta and completed secondary education at Carmel High School.
