Michal Drobiec has diverse work experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, and business data analysis. Michal started their career as a Sales & Planning Support Specialist at Dublin Airport Authority Plc in 2007, responsible for order reception, data quality, and report preparation. Michal then joined General Motors as a Supply Chain Analyst, where they generated reports, analyzed data, and proposed solutions for improving data management. Following this, Drobiec worked at Google as a Business Data Analyst, mining data from multiple sources, providing insights to stakeholders, and creating reports and dashboards. Michal then joined Britvic Soft Drinks plc as a Demand & Insight Analyst, leading short and long-term forecasting, analyzing customer behavior, and performing detailed analysis in sales and demand. Before their current role, Drobiec worked at Dublin Airport as a Senior Demand & Insight Analyst, leading passenger demand forecasting and budgeting processes. Currently, they are the Global Demand Planning & Supply Chain Analytics Lead at Ascensia Diabetes Care, where they lead the global demand planning and SIOP process, collaborating with countries and stakeholders to deliver one consensus demand plan to the business. Throughout their career, Drobiec has utilized various tools and technologies such as Power BI, SQL, R, SAP, and Microsoft Office to enhance data analysis and forecast accuracy.

Michal Drobiec began their education in 2000 at the Silesian University of Technology, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Materials Science. Michal completed their studies in 2006. In 2011, they continued their education at the Technological University Dublin, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Data Analytics in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Michal Drobiec also received several certifications. In 2006, they obtained the European Computer Driving Licence from the ECDL/ICDL Certification. In 2011, they became a Microsoft Office Master after completing the relevant training and certification from Microsoft. In 2016, they received a Foundation in Business Analysis certification from THE BRITISH COMPUTER SOCIETY and an ICM Diploma in Project Management from The Institute of Commercial Management. Most recently, in 2017, they obtained an ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business from the ACCA institution.
