Akash Jauhar

Akash Jauhar is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at Ascension since May 2023. Prior to this role, Akash experienced a personal bereavement in early 2023. From March 2022 to February 2023, Akash held a similar position at Yelp, and between December 2019 and March 2022, served as the Director of Software Engineering for Digital Platforms at Choice Hotels International, managing the flagship ChoiceHotels.com site and mobile app. Earlier roles include Senior Director of Technology at Publicis Sapient, where Akash led digital transformation initiatives for prominent clients. Akash holds an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
