Sonia George

Sonia is an Associate at Ascension. She is responsible for sourcing, screening and performing due diligence on investment opportunities for tax-efficient funds.

In 2017, Sonia moved from Lebanon to pursue a MEng Biomedical Engineering degree at Imperial College London. In parallel to her studies, Sonia co-founded an EdTech startup during the pandemic; an online study space for university students with the aim of increasing productivity while working from home. After graduating, Sonia joined Amazon as a Program Manager, analysing data to better understand customer behaviour and strategy at Amazon Fresh Stores.
