Vikram Patki

Vikram Patki has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Vikram currently holds the position of Executive Vice President - Human Resources at Ascenso Tyres since 2023. Prior to this, Vikram worked at Procter & Gamble as the Regional HR Director-Commercial Operations-Consumer Healthcare AMA from 2021 to 2023, and as the Head of Human Resources for Procter & Gamble Health Ltd - India Sub-continent, from 2018 to 2021. Before joining Procter & Gamble, they held the role of Head of Human Resources at the Healthcare Business of Merck from 2016 to 2018, and at Merck India (Biopharma) from 2015 to 2016.

Vikram also has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked at Bayer Pharmaceuticals (Bayer Zydus Pharma) as an HR // Business Partner and Senior Manager Human Resources from 2010 to 2015. Vikram started their career at Bayer HealthCare Diabetes Care as a Manager - Human Resources from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they worked at Radhakrishna Foodland Pvt Ltd as Manager - Human Resources from 2001 to 2007, and at Shaw Wallace & Company Limited as an Industrial Relations Executive from 1999 to 2001. Throughout their career, Vikram has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions such as talent management, organizational design, compensation harmonization, and change management.

Vikram Patki completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the ITM Group of Institutions in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physics from the University of Mumbai in 1997 and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics from the same university in 1995. Additionally, Vikram has acquired various certifications over the years, including Leadership Mindsets and Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials from LinkedIn in 2021, and HPI, HDS, MVPI from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2018. Vikram has also completed several other certifications in areas like coaching, assessments, and profiling.
