Russ Winchester

Russ Winchester has held various senior-level positions in the financial industry. Russ began their career in 2009 as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Retirement Clearinghouse. In 2011, Winchester joined LPL Financial as Vice President of NSC and held this role until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they served as Vice President at Transamerica. Currently, Winchester is the Head of Total Growth at Ascensus, a position they have held since 2020.
