Hayley Vince

Hayley Vince has extensive experience in human resources, with various head of HR roles in multiple companies. Hayley started their career at Centre Parcs in 1996, working in training until October of that year. Hayley then joined RAC as a Head of HR in February 1996 and held this position until February 2003. After that, they worked at RAC Software Solutions as a Head of HR from 2003 to 2006. Hayley then took on the role of Head of HR at Lex Defence from 2004 to 2006. Finally, they joined Ascent Flight Training in September 2007 as an HR Director, where they are currently employed.
