Leon McGaw

Leon McGaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial management and accounting. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager at Ascent Flight Training since January 2022, McGaw previously held the position of Chartered Accountant at MJP Accountants LLP from January 2017 to January 2022. From September 2001 to March 2016, a significant role as Commercial Executive was undertaken at Rolls-Royce, where commercial leadership for the Defence business in the Middle East was provided, requiring adaptability to diverse cultures and business practices. McGaw holds a Master's degree in Commercial from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from De Montfort University.
