Nick Ung

Nick Ung began their professional career in 2006 as a Cash Service Representatives II at Bank of America. In 2009, they took on a role as a QA Intern at OneScreen Inc. and then in 2010, they became an IT Operations/DBA/Systems for Atlas at Microsoft and a Systems Engineer/DBA for Adcenter at Microsoft. In 2016, they joined NOVAtime Technology, Inc. as an I.T. Administrator and in 2019 they became a System Engineer II at Ascentis Human Capital Management Software. During their time at NOVAtime Technology, Inc., they automated implementation of new clients into their system using T-SQL and powershell scripts and created web tools in PHP to help with monitoring and troubleshooting application issues. At Ascentis Human Capital Management Software, they took lead in collecting and deploying binaries to their in house applications and automated updating client status.

Nick Ung obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 2004 and 2009. In 2014, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCPS) certification from Microsoft. In 2015, they obtained a MCSA: SQL Server 2012 certification from Microsoft.
