Rob Paddon

Rob Paddon has a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in various sports organizations. Rob currently holds the position of Head of Sales at Ascot Racecourse since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Sales Director at Fulham Football Club from 2017 to 2022. Rob also served as the Head of Matchday Sales at Fulham Football Club from 2017 to 2019. Before joining Fulham, Rob was the Debenture Sales and Marketing Manager at the Rugby Football Union from 2016 to 2017. Rob also gained experience as a Senior Premium Sales Executive at Arsenal F.C from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they worked in Commercial Sales at Southampton Football Club from 2011 to 2012 and as the Commercial and Conferencing Manager at Exeter City Football Club from 2009 to 2011. Rob began their career as a student at Nottingham Trent University from 2006 to 2009.

Rob Paddon graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Sport Science and Business Management. Prior to attending university, Rob attended Torquay Boys Grammar School from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained 4 A levels with grades ranging from A to C.
