Abbie Watt Chartered MCIPD is a Senior Manager HRSS at Asda, overseeing the delivery of OH services, Colleague Contact Centre, and Advice and Guidance. Prior to their current role, Abbie worked at Balfour Beatty plc as a Talent and Performance Partner and Employee Relations Advice Manager. Abbie also held various HR roles at Marks and Spencer, Aurora Fashions Ltd, French Connection, and The Co-operative Group. Abbie has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a MA in Personnel and Development & CIPD from the University of Westminster.
