Harriet Hughes is a seasoned professional in product development and research within the food industry, currently serving as the New Product Development Manager at Asda since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Newly Weds Foods, where Harriet advanced from Lab Technician to Senior Technologist Seasonings and ultimately to Research and Development Manager over a span of 13 years. Harriet holds a Foundation degree in Food Technology and Processing from the University of Chester and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Northumbria University. Education was completed at Wakefield Girls High School.
