Kristal Gillespie

Kristal Gillespie has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kristal began their career as a Catering Assistant at Holiday Inn Burnsville and later became a Sales Manager at Holiday Inn Metrodome. In 2005, they transitioned to MTS Systems where they held various financial analyst roles, including Staff Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst Supervisor. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Principal Financial Analyst at MTS Systems. Following that, they joined Shadin Avionics as the Finance Director until 2017. Most recently, Kristal has been working at Aero Systems Engineering, where they started as the Finance Director and now holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance.

Kristal Gillespie attended the University of Minnesota from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
