Amy Yang has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Amy started their career as a Student Technician at Rutgers University Cell and DNA Repository in 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they completed externships as a Pharmacy Extern and worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Shop Rite Pharmacies. Amy then joined Hackensack University Medical Center in 2013 as a Pharmacy Technician and later transitioned to the role of Transitions of Care/Staff Pharmacist. In 2019, they became a Patient Support Coordinator at Celgene and then moved to Bristol Myers Squibb in 2020, where they worked as a Patient Support Specialist and later as a Senior Manager in Patient Access Support Services. Currently, Amy is working at Asembia as a Senior Manager in Patient Access Support Services and in 2023, they will begin their new role as a Clinical Director in Account Management. Overall, Amy Yang has extensive experience in pharmacy and patient support roles, with a focus on ensuring access to healthcare for patients.
Amy Yang completed their education from 2010 to 2016 at Rutgers University, where they obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree in the field of Pharmacy. In 2016, they also obtained certification as a Pharmacist from the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy.
