Helen Scurfield is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in innovation, development, and project management within the logistics and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Asendia Global Returns since January 2020, Helen is responsible for overseeing the subsidiary's full P&L and budget while leading product evolution in international e-commerce reverse logistics. Prior roles include Director of Innovation & Development at wnDirect, where Helen spearheaded service innovations and customer solutions, and Programme Manager at Geopost, focusing on project management and IT integration across various international markets. Helen's career spans prominent positions at Kahala Posts Group, Royal Mail, and GeoPost, where Helen consistently drove business transformation and strategic initiatives. Helen holds a BA Hons in English Literature from Lancaster University.
