René J. Moser

René J. Moser serves as the Managing Director of ASFINAG Commercial Services GmbH, overseeing human resources, risk management, and marketing and communication since July 2004. Moser has held various positions within ASFINAG, including Senior EU and International Affairs Manager, where responsibilities included managing EU and international affairs and aligning group strategy with the Austrian Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology. Moser also has experience as Head of Strategy, International Affairs and Innovation, and has contributed to the establishment of ASFINAG’s first declared R&D project and the production of its first CSR report. Additionally, Moser holds leadership roles in several organizations, including Chairman of the Board at ATTC and Board Member at ÖVG. Moser’s educational background includes a Global Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and a degree in Urban Technologies from FH Joanneum.
