Michelle Zambeck

Michelle Zambeck currently serves as the Director of IT Support Services and previously held the role of Data Services Manager at Chronicle Heritage since September 2023. Prior experience includes over a decade at Katana Software, Inc., where Michelle advanced from Operations Manager to VP of Operations - People & Culture. In the capacity of VP, Michelle collaborated with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive people and culture strategy, enhancing organizational culture in alignment with business objectives. As Director of Operations, Michelle established essential operational structures and processes, driving improvements in both customer and employee experiences. Michelle's career began in the analytical domain, executing strategic initiatives that increased profitability and satisfaction. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University, obtained in 2011.
