Maria Sarci

Maria Sarci is the Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Ash Brokerage. Maria has been with the company since 2009, starting as the Vice President of Long Term Care. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, where they led a team responsible for improving advisor retention and establishing an environment of trust with clients.

In their current role, Maria is responsible for all aspects of people and culture at Ash Brokerage. Maria works to create a positive and inclusive culture where employees can thrive and be their best selves. Maria is passionate about their work and is committed to making Ash Brokerage a great place to work for everyone.

They work with David Coggins - VP, Financial Institutions, Dan Minnich - Chief Financial Officer, and Dan Rich - SVP, National Accounts & Sales Operations. Maria Sarci reports to Tim Ash, CEO.
