Justin Gaither

Justin Gaither has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justin started their career in 1999 at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, where they worked as a Freight Cashier and Import Specialist. In this role, they managed client accounts, facilitated communication between international ports, and maintained documentation of vessel files. Justin then joined Aurora Marketing Group in 2002 as an Assistant Manager, overseeing territory and quota management, leading a sales team, and acquiring new accounts. In 2004, they transitioned to National Wire Corp as a Sales Representative, responsible for marketing products and services, managing accounts, negotiating rates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Justin's most recent position was with Ash Grove Cement Company, where they held various roles since 2006. Justin worked as a Logistics Manager and Import Manager, coordinating and administering the cement import process. In 2020, they became the Manager of Logistics for North America Trading, and in 2022, they took on the role of Director of Maritime Operations. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Justin Gaither holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from The University of Texas at Austin. Justin also pursued a Master of Business Administration at The University of Texas at Dallas, where they completed 35 hours of coursework. In addition, Justin has obtained certifications in Laytime and Demurrage, as well as Chartering, from Lloyd's Maritime Academy in 2022.
