Sean McQueen

Sean McQueen has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of capital projects, national accounts, and financial reporting. Sean currently serves as the Vice President of Capital Projects at Ashford Inc. since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of National Accounts & Capital Projects at Knight Restoration Services from October 2020 to October 2021. Sean also worked as a National Account Executive & Director of Project Management and a National Account Executive at the same company from April 2020 to October 2021.

Sean has earlier experience at Ashford Inc. where they served as the Vice President of Capital Projects from September 2017 to April 2020. Sean also held the role of Vice President of Financial Reporting from September 2013 to September 2017, where they were responsible for preparing all reporting requirements for various hospitality and real estate companies. Prior to their time at Ashford Inc., Sean worked as an Accounting Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Senior Internal Auditor. Sean also has experience as an Internal Auditor at Tenet Healthcare, Texas A&M University System, and Walmart.

Sean McQueen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Corporate Finance from The University of Dallas from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Texas A&M University between 1999 and 2003. In 2012, Sean obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Texas.
