Tom Radicic

Tom Radicic has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries. Tom started their career at WESCO International Inc. as a Region Operations Manager, where they successfully eliminated a three-year average loss. Tom then moved on to Rexel Holdings USA, Corp. as a Region Manager, where they established processes and procedures to meet company goals. After that, they joined M San Grupa d.d. as an Advisor to the Management Board and Director of Project Management, reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing day-to-day operations. Tom also served as a Member of the Management Board and COO at P.P. Orahovica, where they played a critical role in acquisition and setting up new operations. Later, they became the Director of Operations - Logistics - Supply chain at Kaufland Hrvatska k.d., a discount hypermarket company. In 2017, they transitioned to the hospitality industry, working as the IT Director of Projects and Transformation at both Ashford Inc. and Remington Hotels. Currently, they hold the position of VP IT Development and Transformation at both companies. In their roles, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, transformation, and operations.
