Helen Earnshaw

Helen Earnshaw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Helen currently works at Ashfords LLP as an HR Hub Team Leader starting in 2023. Before that, they worked at Exeter College for several roles including People Services Team Lead, HR Officer (Maternity Cover), HR Coordinator, and HR Administrator. Helen also has experience at Badminton Europe as a Staff Coach & BWF Tutor, and at Badminton England as a Partnerships Manager, Participation Manager, U15 Age Group Coach, and Team Manager/Coach for Team England Para Badminton Europeans. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Badminton at the University of Exeter from 2009 to 2015.
