Jillian Cournoyer

Jillian Campbell Cournoyer is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Ashland since February 2018. In this role, Jillian collaborates with the global HR team to devise a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy across multiple regions and engages with third-party experts to develop diversity, inclusion, and equity recruitment strategies. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at The Chemours Company and The O'Connor Group, where Jillian managed full-cycle recruitment and implemented new recruiting policies. Jillian began a career at DuPont as a Campus Recruiter and also has a background in sales management and promotions marketing.
