Seth A. Mrozek

Seth A. Mrozek is an experienced finance and investment professional currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations and previously as Manager of Corporate Development at Ashland Inc since May 2012, where responsibilities include executing and managing acquisitions and divestitures. Mrozek has been a founding Board member of Rhode Island Gives Back to Youth, Inc. (RIGBY) since 2011, offering strategic and financial guidance to support children and families in Rhode Island. Prior roles include Vice President and Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions at M&T Investment Banking Group, a Private Equity Associate at Commonwealth Capital Group, and a Corporate Banking Associate/Analyst at Bank of America. Mrozek holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Brown University.
