Gracie Leigh Stemmer

Gracie Leigh Stemmer has an extensive work experience spanning various industries. Gracie Leigh most recently worked as the Director of Email Marketing at Ashley Furniture Industries since February 2022. In this role, they managed and optimized automated lifecycle marketing programs, focused on driving omni retail growth through intelligent segmentation and creative optimization. Gracie was also accountable for driving revenue and achieving ROI targets, as well as managing the overall health of the email marketing program.

Prior to that, Gracie worked as the Marketing Director at TRUHAIR by Chelsea Scott from January 2018 to February 2022. In this role, they balanced competing priorities in defining and executing multidimensional marketing strategies. Gracie Leigh demonstrated exceptional attention to detail in appraising the performance of marketing operations and managed a top-performing marketing team.

In 2016, Gracie founded an NPO called Startup Tampa Bay and served as its President until December 2020. Gracie Leigh successfully arranged annual entrepreneurial startup conferences, attracting thousands of attendees and managing logistics, vendor relations, fundraising, and budgeting.

Gracie also has experience in event organizing, having worked as the Lead Event Organizer at Tampa Bay Startup Week from February 2015 to February 2018. Gracie Leigh was responsible for planning and coordinating a five-day conference with numerous events and volunteers. Additionally, they served as an Organizer at the same event from November 2014 to February 2015.

Earlier in their career, Gracie worked as a Marketing Manager at Tampa Bay WaVE from September 2011 to December 2017. In this role, they leveraged their industry expertise to promote businesses, products, brands, and services. Gracie Leigh crafted marketing and pricing strategies, established new business leads, oversaw marketing personnel, and managed grant budgets.

Gracie's work experience also includes a brief role as a Sales Representative at Vector Marketing in 2009.

Gracie Leigh Stemmer attended the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Entrepreneurship.
