Lizy Kutty

Lizy Kutty is an experienced Recruitment Specialist currently employed at Ashley Global Capability Center since February 2024. Previously, Lizy held the same title at Aleron Group from August 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing the entire recruitment process and conducting around 60 daily outreach efforts. Prior to recruitment, Lizy served as an AR Caller at Coronis Ajuba, focusing on outstanding accounts receivables, and as a Process Trainer at Hexaware Technologies, training new hires on verification processes. Additional experience includes roles in pre-employment screening, lead generation, operations coordination, and front office management across various companies. Lizy holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the National Institute of Business Management and a diploma in Air Hostess & Hotel Management from Frankfinn Aviation Services.
