Richard Finger

Richard Finger, SHRM-SCP, has a well-rounded background in human resources, with significant experience in various leadership roles. Richard was the Director of Human Resources at Ceridian, Bristol Myers Squibb Co, and DSM before transitioning to roles at Mead Johnson, Henry Schein, LifeBridge Health, Howard County Community College, and currently as the Head of Human Resources at Ashley Addiction Treatment. Richard'sexperience includes driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, leading HR teams, and overseeing HR functions across multiple markets.

Richard Finger, SHRM-SCP earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 1990. Richard later pursued a Master of Science in Human Resource and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology, completing the degree in 1994. In 2015, Richard obtained their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
