Shannon Rinker

Shannon Rinker has extensive experience in healthcare and social work, currently serving as the HIM Manager and Privacy Officer at Ashley Addiction Treatment since May 2016. Shannon has held multiple roles at the organization, including Compliance Manager and Regulatory and Accreditation Coordinator, and gained valuable experience as a Clinical Intern and Administrative Assistant focusing on compliance, quality, risk, and research. Additionally, Shannon interned at the Sexual Assault/Spouse Abuse Resource Center, Inc. in early 2021. Educational achievements include a Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Harford Community College.
