Marshall Sied is the Co-CEO & Founder of Ashling Partners since July 2017. Ashling Partners specializes in driving efficiency gains and a culture of innovation through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and targeted Artificial Intelligence (AI). Marshall's role focuses on improving business outcomes and ensuring long-term process automation sustainability for their clients.

Before their involvement with Ashling Partners, Marshall worked as a Client Director- Strategic Accounts at Gartner, the world's leading information technology research and advisory company. At Gartner, Marshall provided technology-related insights and worked with clients to analyze the business of IT within their specific roles.

From 2011 to 2016, Marshall was the Senior Director of Client Services at Emtec Inc., a provider of technology-empowered business solutions and consulting services. In this role, they combined business process and technology expertise to optimize clients' software investments. Emtec is a strategic partner of Oracle, Microsoft, and Salesforce.

Prior to Emtec, Marshall was a Client Executive at Emerging Solutions from 2011 to 2014 and a Business Development Manager at Solstice Consulting from 2010 to 2011. Marshall also worked as a Territory Manager at Softchoice from 2008 to 2010 and as an Account Manager at CH Robinson from 2006 to 2008.
