Senthil Kumar

Senthil Kumar has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Senthil started their career at Sify as an Engineer, where they focused on identifying new processes for portal development and collaborated with top management on system design and development. Senthil then moved on to Verizon as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for requirements analysis and functional specifications for financial services application systems. At Ford Motor Company, Senthil worked as a Business Manager, analyzing dealership financials, conducting strategy research, and providing business intelligence data to management. Senthil later joined Daimler AG, where they held the positions of Senior Marketing Manager and International Sales and Global Key Account Manager. In these roles, they oversaw marketing and sales governance, network planning and expansion, and maintained key accounts in various countries. Most recently, Senthil has been working at Ashok Leyland, where they have held several leadership positions, including Head of Network Management, Assistant General Manager - ELP, Head of Project Finance, and currently, as Head of International Network & Business Development. In these roles, they have been involved in various initiatives such as expanding the network, implementing performance measurement systems, driving productivity, and leading cost-cutting programs. Senthil Kumar completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2020. Prior to that, they earned another MBA degree in Finance from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli between 2008 and 2010. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Mechanical from Hindustan Group of Institutions, completed from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Senthil has obtained multiple certifications in various areas such as Business Development, Statistics Foundations, High Performance Collaboration, Design Thinking, and many others.
