Rachel Harrison

Rachel Harrison has over 20 years of professional experience. Rachel began their career in 2001 as a Surveyor II and Data Manager at Thales Geosolutions. In 2004, they moved to DPS Integro Ltd as a Systems Analyst and Sharepoint Developer. From 2007 to 2014, Rachel was employed by CGG, where they held the roles of Marine Market Intelligence Manager and Marine Sales and Marketing Manager. From 2014 to 2016, they worked for Polarcus as a Marine Sales Manager for both the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. In 2016, Rachel became a Speaker, Consultant, and Coach at Blue Dragon Coaching. In 2017, they joined momondays as a mohost. In 2018, they were hired as a Sales Lead Manager at MotivIndex Inc. In 2019, Rachel founded Blue Earth Collective, a plastic-free retail space. In 2022, they became a Client Solutions Consultant at SaltWire Network. Most recently, in 2023, Rachel began working as a Customer Relations Manager at Ashored Innovations, an ocean tech company.

Rachel Harrison has a BA in Political Studies from Bishop's University (1992-1996). Rachel then obtained an Advance Diploma in Marine Geomatics from Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC (2000-2001). In 2010, they obtained an ACI Competitive Intelligence Professional Certificate in Market Intelligence from the Academy of Competitive Intelligence Fuld Gilad Herring. Rachel also completed a Co-Active Coach Certification from CTI Institute (2016-2017) and was certified as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in June 2017.
